Tenderax ingests public tender notices from five government procurement portals. Each source publishes its data under its own open-data licence, and we credit each source here as required. Tenderax adds AI-generated relevance scoring, summaries, and citation links on top of this public data; the underlying notice content itself is not our work product, and Tenderax is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of the government bodies listed below.

How we use this data

Tenderax retrieves publicly published tender notice metadata and documents from the official APIs and feeds of each portal listed above, on an ongoing basis, for the purpose of surfacing relevant public-procurement opportunities to our customers. We do not alter the substantive content of the original notices; our AI layer (see /legal/ai-transparency) analyses and scores this content but always links back to the original official notice so you can verify it at the source.

No endorsement

Tenderax is an independent, privately operated product. Listing a government source's data or logo-free reference on this page is solely for attribution purposes as required by each source's licence, and does not imply any partnership, endorsement, or official status with the UK Government, the European Union, the Government of Canada, the Commonwealth of Australia, or the United States Government.
